Do I have to pay for your services?
No, all our core services are free of charge. We are funded by government grants and charitable donations.
How quickly can I expect a response?
Our helpline is available 24/7 for immediate support. For email inquiries, we aim to respond within 48 hours. For non-urgent matters, please allow up to 5 working days.
Can you help if my child is already involved with the police?
Yes, we can provide advice and support if your child is already involved with the police or youth justice system. We can help you understand the process and connect you with appropriate legal support.
